This is such a beautiful tour that the Globe does.
They have wonderful teaching artists that come with the show to places around San Diego to audiences who don’t get to the theatre – a prison, homeless shelter, library and school. It’s pretty fabulous.
I was able to be at one of the shows – and the reactions from an audience of women – many of whom have never seen a play – was amazing. They were a great audience.
I heard the play in a different way, through their ears. Something I’ll never forget.
